শর্তাবলী:
১। শুধুমাত্র আমাদের সদস্যরা (বর+কনে) এই খরচ লাভের সুযোগটি পাবেন। অর্থাৎ বর, কনে দু'জনকেই আমাদের সদস্য হতে হবে। দুই জনের একজন বাহিরের হলে হবেনা।
২। অফার/বিজয়ীদের জন্য কোন প্রকার চার্জ/ফি নেই।
৩। হানিমুনের খরচ প্রদানের জন্য পৃথিবীর সমস্ত দেশগুলোকে ৫ টি অফার অঞ্চলে ভাগ করা হয়েছে। অঞ্চলগুলো হলোঃ বাংলাদেশ, ভারত, ইউরোপ মহাদেশ, উত্তর আমেরিকা মহাদেশ এবং বাদ বাকী সমস্ত দেশ।
৪। হানিমুনের খরচ বিজয়ীদেরকে লটারীর মাধ্যমে নির্বাচিত করা হবে।বাংলাদেশ থেকে প্রতি সপ্তাহে একটি জুটিকে(বর-কনে/স্বামী-স্ত্রী)নির্বাচিত করা হবে। স্থানীয় সময় প্রতি শুক্রবার রাত ১২ টা পর্যন্ত প্রাপ্ত আবেদনগুলোর ভিত্তিতে রাত ১২ টার পর সাপ্তাহিক লটারির ড্র অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। ভারত থেকে প্রতি সপ্তাহে একটি জুটিকে নির্বাচিত করা হবে।স্থানীয় সময় প্রতি শুক্রবার রাত ১২ টা পর্যন্ত প্রাপ্ত আবেদনগুলোর ভিত্তিতে রাত ১২ টার পর সাপ্তাহিক লটারির ড্র অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। ইউরোপ থেকে পাক্ষিক ভিত্তিতে একটি জুটিকে নির্বাচিত করা হবে। উত্তর আমেরিকা থেকে পাক্ষিক ভিত্তিতে একটি জুটিকে নির্বাচিত করা হবে। বাদ বাকী সমস্ত দেশ থেকে পাক্ষিক ভিত্তিতে একটি জুটিকে নির্বাচিত করা হবে।পাক্ষিক ভিত্তিতে প্রত্যেক মাসের ১৫ তারিখ এবং ৩০ তারিখ রাত ১২ টা পর্যন্ত প্রাপ্ত আবেদনগুলোর ভিত্তিতে রাত ১২ টার পর পাক্ষিক লটারির ড্র অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।ব্যতিক্রম শুধু ফেব্রুয়ারী মাস, ১৪ তারিখ এবং মাসের শেষ দিন। বাংলাদেশ এবং ভারত বাদে অন্যান্য অঞ্চল/স্থানের লটারি ড্র যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের স্থানীয় সময় অনুযায়ী অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
৫। অফার/বিজয়ীদের বিবাহের প্রমাণাদি যাচাইয়ের ভিত্তিতে চূড়ান্ত করা হবে এবং ইমেইল, ফোন কল ও টেক্সট মেসেজের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
৬। হানিমুনের খরচ লাভের ক্ষেত্রে বিজয়ীদেরকে বসবাসরত স্ব স্ব/নিজ নিজ দেশের মধ্যে হানিমুন করতে হবে। হানিমুনের জন্য বহিঃদেশে গমন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। স্ব স্ব দেশের মধ্যে হানিমুন করলে ভ্রমণ/যাতায়াত, থাকা (হোটেল, মোটেল, রেস্ট হাউস, কটেজ)এবং খাওয়ার জন্য পূর্ব নির্ধারিত/পরিশোধিত/পরিকল্পিত সমস্ত খরচের অর্ধেক কর্তৃপক্ষ (Listy1.com/MyBouma.com) প্রদান করবে এবং বাকি অর্ধেক খরচ অফার গ্রহীতাকে/বিজয়ীদেরকে প্রদান করতে হবে।
৭। অফার প্রদান এবং বিজয়ী নির্বাচনের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গন্য হবে।
৮। হানিমুনের খরচ প্রদান ছাড়াও সকল সফল বর-কনে জুটির জন্য রয়েছে সোনার গহনা, সোনার হার/নেকলেস, সোনার আংটি, ডায়মন্ডের নাকফুল, ডায়মন্ডের হাতঘড়ি, আইফোন, স্মার্টফোন, ট্যাবলেট, আইপ্যাড, আইপ্ড, ব্র্যান্ডের হাতঘড়ি, ক্যামেরা, ভিডিও ক্যামেরা ইত্যাদি যেকোন একটি নিশ্চিত পুরস্কার।অর্থাৎ প্রত্যেক জুটিকেই কোননা কোন পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হবে নিশ্চিতভাবে।
৯। অফার/পুরস্কার বিজয়ী সকল জুটিকে তাহাদের বিবাহের নূন্যতম একটি সুন্দর যুগল/গ্রুপ ছবি সহ প্রতিক্রিয়া জানাতে হবে; আমাদের ব্যবহারকারীদের উদ্দেশে।
১০। মিথ্যা/অসত্য/ভুল তথ্য পরিবেশন করলে অফার/পুরস্কার বাতিলকরণ সহ কর্তৃপক্ষ যথাযথ/আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে বাধ্য হইবে।
১১। এই প্রচারমূলক অফার/পুরস্কার হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং বিক্রি বা বন্টন করা যাবে না। অফার অকার্যকর যেখানে আইন দ্বারা নিষিদ্ধ।
১২। কর্তৃপক্ষ যে কোন সময় অফার পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত/বন্ধ করতে পারে।

Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer only valid for our members. Only our members (bride+groom) will have the opportunity to get this cost. That means both bride and groom will be the member of our Site. Any one person out of both will not be from outside.

2. There is no charge/fee for the offer/winners.

3. To pay for the honeymoon costs, all the countries of the world have been divided into 5 offer regions. The regions are: Bangladesh, India, Europe continent, North America continent, and all other countries.

4. Winners of the honeymoon cost will be selected through the lottery. A couple (bride groom) will be selected every week from Bangladesh. Weekly lottery draws will be held every Friday after 12pm on the basis of applications received till 12pm on local time. A pair (bride groom) will be selected every week from India. Weekly lottery draws will be held every Friday after 12pm on the basis of applications received till 12pm on local time. A couple will be selected from Europe on a fortnightly basis. A couple will be selected from North America on a fortnightly basis. A couple will be selected on a fortnightly basis from all remaining countries. The draw of fortnightly lottery will be held on 15th and 30th of every month after 12pm on the basis of applications received till 12pm on local time of USA; exception only the February will be the date 14th, and the last day of the month. Lottery draws of other regions/places except Bangladesh and India will be held according to the local time of the US.

5. The winners will be finalized on the basis of verification of marriage, and will be notify/ communicated via email, phone call and text message.

6. In order to win the honeymoon cost, the winners will have to make honeymoon in their respective countries. Getting out of the country for honeymoon is not acceptable. The authority (Listy1.com/MyBouma.com) will provide half of the total cost; of travel, accommodations (hotel, motel, rest house, cottage etc.) and meal expenses, which are pre-determined / paid / planned at the Honeymoon period within the respective countries and the remaining half the cost the recipient / winners will have to pay.

7. The decision of the authorities in the matter of awarding offer and winner selections will be considered final.

8. Apart from paying the cost of honeymoon, all successful bridegroom couples will get gold jewelery, gold necklace, gold ring, diamond nose-ring, diamond watch, i-Phone, Smartphone, tablet, i-pad, iPod, brand watch, camera, video camera etc of any assured reward from these. In fact, reward will be awarded to every bride groom couples.

9. All winners bride groom pairs will have to respond with a nice (friendly) duel/group picture of their wedding; for our users.

10. To providing false/incorrect information, the authorities will be compelled to take appropriate/legal action including the offer/reward cancellation.

11. This promotional offer/rewards is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered. Offer void where prohibited by law.

12. Authorities can change the offer at any time and may suspend/discontinue temporarily or permanently.
