When you access your My Account page, the 'Inbox' section will let you know if you have received any new messages. From the 'Message' link you can view your all messages including new unread messages.

You can also view your received messages by clicking 'My Account' page. This will take you to your message inbox where you can view, reply to, and delete your messages.
