This Agreement will remain in with full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership or subscription at any time, for any reason, logging into your account, or by sending written notice of termination to MyBouma.com to info@ MyBouma.com. If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until we approve. And you will not get any money refund, or you can continue until subscription period. MyBouma.com may terminate your membership/subscription, If found in breach of these terms MyBouma.com may terminate your membership/ remove profile/ block access to the Site with or without sending notice to you at the email address, and you will not be entitled to refund of any unused subscription fees. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made in the sole discretion of MyBouma.com. MyBouma.com is not required to provide you notice prior to terminate your membership and/or subscription. MyBouma.com is not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account. Even after your membership or subscription is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. • You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service and the Site. • Emails promoting harmful or criminal thoughts, intent or action.
• Emails containing or advocating any form of harassment, sensual or otherwise, racism, bigotry, violence, invasion of privacy, and any illegal or immoral acts.
• Unsolicited mass mailings, junk mail, spam mail and chain letters.

Matching System

To improve user experience and help facilitate more relevant matches on our platform, we have incorporated our Match System to help users become matched with other users based on similar criteria such as profession, education, location, age, and gender preference. All members who join the site will automatically be enrolled in this matching system. Our Match System may send messages out to potential matches on your behalf automatically informing them of the potential match opportunity and you may also receive messages automatically informing you of potential matches. If you wish to be removed from this program please contact the administrator.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable if occurs cancellation/termination of subscription by You or Us at any time for any reason. All purchases made are final. If you choose to purchase a subscription package, you agree that absolutely no refunds, either full or partial, will be issued for any reasons. All payments for services at MyBouma.com have to be made in favour of "BD WORLD GROUP, INC.," only (except Bangladesh).
